Intrapreneurs refers to the employees of a company who are assigned to work on special ideas or projects. They are given the time, freedom and budget to develop the project as an entrepreneur would. An entrepreneur envisions creating a company from the ground zero. An intrapreneur has a broader vision for an established company but acts like an entrepreneur when it comes to trying out new things and taking risks.
